Yosemite Lakes Park 

Yosemite Lake Park is a non-gated community in the Central California Sierra Mountain foothills . It is located between Yosemite National Park and Fresno in  the unincorporated town of Coarsegold.  YLP covers about 10 square miles at elevations from 900 to 2,200 ft. The community has natural landscaping with oak trees, pine trees, boulders several lakes and many seasonal streams.  Some homes have pristine views of Snow capped mountains while other have a broader views of the Central Valley. All homes are custom built on a minimum  lot size of 1 acre. There are 2,263 parcels and about 1870 homes.
